I am passionate about helping YOU parent your kids that are hard to raise (and who challenge you and your parenting skills). I have a big heart for kids, especially those who are often overlooked or misunderstood. I know this first-hand, as I was once a hurt child, separated from my siblings and later adopted.

I believe that a child's family is key in restoring hope and safety and resolving past hurts and disappointments. I believe it can always get better, and I want you to experience the changes as you learn to build a bridge to better behaviors. 

I have spent years studying best practices for children and trauma, learning about the incredible healing power of the brain, and working in the trenches with families in crisis.
