The Deep Dive 
Parent Coaching Program

When your home feels consumed by constant conflict, parenting has lost its joy, and it feels like things keep getting worse. It can feel like nothing is working, and you can't get ahead of the problems. 

The Deep Dive is designed for families who are serious about doing the work, but do not need the intensity of the full Healthy Foundations support. You may be stuck in patterns that are not shifting on their own and you know you need some structure and support to help your child find his/her footing. 

In this program I can help you to work on parenting through divorce or two different households, defiance, school issues, and problems with ADHD, attachment, mental health, and neurodivergence. 

This is where I see a majority of families create real and lasting change. It is close personalized coaching, a proven framework, and the structure to actually follow through. You will move from reacting in the moment to actually leading it, with a proven framework, weekly personalized coaching and direct support when things get hard between sessions. This is not generic advice. It is built around what is happening in your home.

Healthy Foundations Family Program®

If your child’s behaviors have become so intense that home no longer feels manageable, and you know your family needs more than traditional therapy, parenting advice, or outpatient support, the Healthy Foundations Family Program® was created for families exactly like this. This is my most intensive level of support for families. 

This 12 week intensive family program is designed for children and teens struggling with severe emotional, behavioral, or regulation challenges, including aggression, unsafe behaviors, chronic family conflict, school instability, or repeated crises at home and in the community.

After years of research and clinical work, this program has proven itself. When applied correctly, parents see aggression and chaos lowered by at least 80%. Parents come through the program knowing exactly what to do in the moment with real hope for their family's future, not just for this season, but for generations. 

Because this is a hands-on, deeply personal work with each family, I take on a limited number of families at a time. I am invested in your outcome, and often come into your home directly. This is not just a course you buy and hope and for the best. This is a family intensive. 

This in not a quick fix, and it isn't for everyone. It is for families ready for real and lasting change. This program is built for you if:

• You are considering out of home placement because of your child's behaviors
• The behaviors are unsafe, destructive, threatening, aggressive or abusive
• You are exhausted and burned out, but you are not giving up on your kid
• You are stuck in the same cycles and ready to transform your family
• You are an adoptive family, or your child needs a trauma-informed approach

• 2x weekly 1:1 sessions 
• 24/7 text support for 90 days
• Weekly videos for guidance

• I come to you and either help you implement the program or problem solve within the first 30 days

I would urge other parents with troubled kids to consider this program. Most other consultants and therapists focus only on the child and not the parents. Success comes when the family as a whole works together to overcome the trauma of the past. Most parents want to do their best and get the best help for their kids but by not having the right tools they are actually in a downward spiral that too many times only leads to tragedy. The HF program allows the child to build the confidence and strength to overcome past behavior and the parents to have the tools and confidence to help their child succeed in life.
