Looking for services? The Family Program for Idaho Medicaid families brings a licensed therapist to your home to show you how to implement the Healthy Foundations Family Program® and provide you with support as problems arise. (If you do not have Idaho Medicaid, then you are a great fit for our online parent coaching.)
Healthy Foundations Family Program
- 60-day in-home program
- Your provider is a licensed therapist
- Program is covered through Magellan Idaho
- Parent Workbook is required ($25)
Your process for receiving the HF Family Program through Idaho Medicaid:
- Watch the FREE Parent Training video
- Contact us for a FREE 30-min consultation with Dr. Alden
- We will then email you the paperwork needed for the next steps and you send those back to us
- Order your Parent Workbook
- We will give you access to 4 training videos that will teach you to get ready for the HF Family Program
- Meet with Dr. Alden in our office for Pre-Program Training and select your start date
- We submit for authorization for Idaho Medicaid and confirm your starting date and time
